1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of printed aluminum infrared heaters to individuals and professionals through our website https://fulkorn.com/.

2. Products and Availability

The products sold are printed aluminum infrared heaters intended for indoor use.

  • Products in stock: Delivery within 3 to 5 days in France, and 1 to 2 weeks in the rest of the EU.
  • Out-of-stock products: Delivery within 1 to 3 weeks.
    In case a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed and may choose between a refund or an extended delivery time.

3. Pricing and Payment Methods

Prices shown on the site are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) or via PayPal.

4. Delivery

Delivery is handled by a carrier to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt.

  • Damaged or undelivered product: A claim must be made with the carrier.
  • Exceptional cases (force majeure, strikes, bad weather, etc.): Delivery may be delayed without any liability on our part.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with European regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from the date of product receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for custom or personalized products.

  • Returns are only accepted in case of a warranty issue (manufacturing defect, premature failure, etc.).
  • For delivery issues (damaged parcel), a declaration must be made to the carrier.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the error is on our part or the product is defective.

6. Warranty

Our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects under the following conditions:

  • Indoor heaters (printed aluminum range): 10-year warranty
    To claim the warranty, the product must be returned with the warranty card included in the installation manual.

Warranty exclusions:

  • Installation not in accordance with the user manual.
  • Use without a control system, unless an on/off switch was factory-installed.
  • Damage due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Expired warranty period.
  • Damage caused by human factors (shocks, rough handling, accidents).
  • Discoloration caused by air pollutants.

Warranty conditions:

We guarantee our infrared heaters are free from manufacturing defects. We recommend careful handling during inspection and installation. The manufacturer is not liable for damage due to improper installation.
The warranty only covers the heating system and excludes the structure of the component. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse of the heater or its parts.
Transport or labor costs are not covered.
Defective products must be reported to the reseller, who will file a defect report with the manufacturer.
If the issue concerns the heating element, the manufacturer will organize a replacement.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Discoloration due to extended use or environmental pollutants.
  • Heaters lacking a thermostat control system recommended by a reseller or the manufacturer.
  • Third-party equipment installed on the system (we assume no responsibility).
  • If the installation was carried out by a non-certified electrician, the warranty is automatically void.
  • Warranty returns must be authorized in writing by the reseller or manufacturer and shipped prepaid.

In the event of a malfunction, please contact our customer service for return procedures.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products, non-compliant installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

8. Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected is used solely to process orders and is never sold to third parties.
Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting our customer service.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These TCS are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, amicable resolution will be preferred before legal proceedings. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be those of the company’s registered office.
