1. Resell your heater :

• If you decide to change style or color, we offer you the option to resell your heater back to us. You return it at a reduced price compared to its original value.

2. Receiving a new heater :

In exchange for your old model, you have the option to purchase a new customizable heater at a favorable price. This way, you receive a discount for renewing your equipment.

3. Reuse and resale :

Once collected, we inspect and refurbish your old heater to offer it at an attractive price, while ensuring its quality and proper functioning. It will then be resold at a discounted price to a new customer.
